Handling staff that think this is a hoax and that you're overreacting if you want to follow government & CDC procedures?
While we're all forced to work from home, this could be a good time to advance new technologies and goals (rather than wasting time). Is this a good idea? If we don't start back up, we may be using resources that we don't have or creating relationships with new providers that cost money. But if we do start back up soon, we may be able to offer patrons more effective and enticing rewards for staying engaged and purchasing tickets in the future. How are people balancing this?
