TriTix has received an overwhelming number of questions regarding the COVID-19 virus and how its impacting our industry.
For postponed notices (with new date known) be sure to tell patrons that they don't need to do anything with their current tickets except come enjoy the show on the rescheduled date.
i.e. no need to exchange their tix for tix that have the new date printed.
Assuming, of course, this is how you are managing rescheduled dates by keeping the same event/manifest
