The co-chairs included Kelly Brennan, Vice President of Operations at FutureTix and Lead Coordinator of TriTix, as well as Danny Frank of Citi and Kyle Wright of Shubert Ticketing. Prior to the conference, the trio of co-chairs worked with local TriTix members to gather donations and gifts to insert into attendee bags as well as find volunteers to assist during the conference with tasks such as scanning attendees as they entered each session, working at the hospitality desk, assisting with venue tours and more. Additionally, because of the support from LockData Technologies, TriTix was able to team up with the local INTIX NYC Planning Committee to offer INTIX attendees something that has never been completed to this scale before, a multitude of exclusive offers for INTIX attendees so that they could experience all the wonders the area has to offer. This included discounts to tickets and special offers at local venues and attractions such as Spyscape, Madame Tussauds, the Brooklyn Nets, National Geographic Encounter, Carnegie Hall, One World Observatory, Ripley’s Believe it Or Not and more! “It was great to hear from multiple attendees that stopped at our booth that they took advantage of the discounted offers provided on the INTIX website; and that they enjoyed those experiences! So glad our partners in NYC made it a little easier for visitors to experience all the city has to offer”, says Chuck Lockwood, President of LockData Technologies. Furthermore, attendees got to take advantage of tours held both at Radio City Music Hall and MetLife Stadium on Monday of the conference, thanks to the TriTix Members and friends at Madison Square Garden Company and the Jets. The INTIX Conference opened a lot of doors for TriTix as well. It allowed the group to increase branding exposure and awareness and gain new members, but more than that it provided unparalleled networking and professional development opportunities. TriTix members that attended were able to hear from a multitude of expert speakers from around the world and learn about best practices and new technologies available to them throughout the educational sessions as well as within the exhibition hall.
