Following active duty in the United States Navy, Bill entered the sports and entertainment facility management business after being offered the opportunity by Mr. George M. Steinbrenner III. He has held top level positions with the following facilities: Yankee Stadium, Giants Stadium (two tours), Cleveland Browns Stadium (currently known as First Energy Stadium), and Disney’s Wide World of Sports (currently known as ESPN Wide World of Sports). Additionally, Bill was involved in the design, construction and operations of ESPN Wide World of Sports, First Energy Stadium and MetLife Stadium.

Bill currently has his own consulting business featuring clients such as the New York Football Giants. Bill is the liaison between the team and the New Meadowlands Stadium Company which operates the $1.6 billion MetLife Stadium. Many of his other clients provide products and services to the sports facility industry. Bill also works as an expert witness involving sports teams and venues.

Bill is a member of the Sports League Sports Council which works with the Department of Homeland Security on security issues involving the safety and security of sports and entertainment venues. Members on the Council represent the National Football League, Major League Baseball, National Basketball Association, National Hockey League, Major League Soccer, NASCAR, IndyCar, New York City Marathon, United States Golf Association, the PGA Tour, and the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. Paul D'Antonio
Director of Security
Shubert Organization

Paul D’Antonio is Director of Security for The Shubert Organization Inc., Broadway’s largest theatre owner and operator with 17 Broadway houses and five Off-Broadway venues. Among his duties, Mr. D’Antonio leads the Shubert Security team during Broadway performances, opening nights and special events, ensuring the safety of theatregoers as well as a production’s actors and backstage personnel. Shubert also owns and operates Telecharge.com, the official ticketing agency for most of New York City's theatres.

During his 18-year career with The Shubert Organization, he has conducted numerous criminal investigations with a wide range of law enforcement agencies involving credit card fraud and counterfeit tickets, resulting in arrests and prosecutions. He serves as Chairman of the Broadway League’s Security and Safety Committee.

Prior to his tenure at The Shubert Organization, Mr. D’Antonio was a partner in KDH Associates, a private security consulting firm whose clients included Madison Square Garden, The New York Racing Association, American Express, Fidelity Investments, and Airborne Express. He has also conducted investigations as a private contractor for Federal, State and local law enforcement. Mr. D’Antonio is a member of the National Law Enforcement Association, ASIS International, The International Association of Financial Crimes Investigation, and the Federal Law Enforcement Association. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Alan T. Brown Foundation for Spinal Cord Injury.
